Welcome to The Wedding Planner

By accessing or using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

The Wedding Blueprint sells digital products, including digital wedding-planning spreadsheets and templates.

No physical products are shipped.

After successful payment, customers receive instructions and/or access to the digital product.

2. PRODUCT USE

Your purchase provides you with a personal, non-transferable license to use the purchased product for your own personal use.

You may edit and customize the planner for your own wedding or planning needs.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, copy, reproduce, publish, or commercially distribute the digital product or provide the original files or access links to other people.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Wedding Blueprint and its digital products, designs, text, graphics, templates, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

4. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions and information. However, we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or free from technical errors.

5. DIGITAL ACCESS

You are responsible for having a compatible device, internet connection, and any required software or account needed to access the digital product, such as a Google account or Microsoft Excel.

6. REFUNDS

Because our products are digital products, purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital product or access link has been delivered.

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing the product, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve the issue.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Some products may use third-party services such as Google Sheets, Google Drive, or Microsoft Excel.

We are not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, or technical problems caused by third-party services.

The Wedding Blueprint provides its products for general organizational and planning purposes. We are not responsible for decisions, expenses, losses, or outcomes resulting from the use of our products.
